David D. Kenoyer, the driving force behind KDK Design Group, has practiced in the field of residential design since 1992. He is extremely passionate when it comes to his work and he strives to be creative with his projects while drawing inspiration from historical precedents. After gaining a well rounded base of experience with the largest architectural firm in Memphis, Tennessee, David moved his family to Raleigh, North Carolina and founded KDK Design Group in 2004. David’s clients are very complimentary of the effort he puts forth on their projects. They commend his patience and understanding during the design process, which is usually a new experience for most clients. David’s strongest asset is his ability to listen to clients needs and incorporate those needs into the home’s design. The homes David designs are truly his client’s homes, not his. David’s designs have garnered multiple design awards both regionally and nationally and have been in publications such as Southern Living, Better Homes and Gardens, and Builder. Past projects include budget conscious Habitat for Humanity homes, magazine show homes, renovations, and multi-million dollar custom homes. He understands the costs associated with construction and applies this knowledge while he designs and details his client’s homes. David’s favorite statement from almost every client is: “You designed the exact home we have been dreaming of. We just didn’t know exactly what it was going to be until you showed it to us.” |
